Our Mission

Interior and exterior house and property perimeter checks can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis. Examples of as-needed checks would be following events such as high winds, sub-zero temperatures, and heavy snow or rainfall. We will identify areas in need of attention and suggest repairs and preventative maintenance.

Interior checks include:

• Inspect all rooms of the home
• Check for visible water leaks
• Check for insects or signs of rodents
• Visually check AC units and heating units
• Check that all appliances are in working condition
• Monitor fans and air exhaust devices
• Check smoke detectors 
• Check all lights

Exterior checks include:

• Visual check of house structure (siding, fascia, roof, deck)
• Propane tank(s) for grills and outdoor heaters
• Temperature and cleanliness of hot tubs
• Look for and clean up trash and other debris
• Bring trash bins to and from street
• Sweep or blow off outdoor areas and walkways

If we determine there is a need for repair, we will address the issue ourselves if possible or schedule the necessary service provider to come out, upon the approval of the homeowner. To ensure security of the premises and peace of mind for the homeowner, we can be on site while the service provider is present.

Non-rentals Only:

Prior to your arrival, we can clean your home including wiping down of all hard surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming of floors, flush toilets, run each faucet, run dishwasher, and set-up and wipe down patio furniture. 

Vacation Rentals:

Has there been a gap between guests? Let us walk through the home to ensure that everything is up to par with a quick wipe-down of hard services to get rid of dust, swipe away spider webs, and vacuum windowsills to eliminate dead insects. 

If you give us a list, we will happily stock your home with groceries and supplies prior to your arrival or any time during your stay. We can also put a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table to welcome you or your special guests.

Subject to availability, we can offer other special request deliveries and errands.

Whether you want us to have groceries delivered prior to your arrival or anytime during your stay, just send us a list or create an order for pick-up at the Spearfish Wal-Mart or Safeway. We will happily make multiple stops if you need other items from specialty stores as well. Popular requested items include groceries, flowers, alcohol, baby items, pet supplies, household items, and ATV parts or fuel.

Give us a call to run errands for you so you can maximize time with family and friends while on your vacation. We can head to the post office, UPS store, dry cleaners, gas station, etc.
